All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-volume periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been prepared, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


-Shipping Rates & Delivery Times       Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

-Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Carrier
We ship orders through USPS to ensure reliable delivery.


-Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

-Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
RubyWing Essentials is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.If you notice an error, contact us immediately at rubywingessentials@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist before the order ships.

-Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.
If your package is delayed or lost we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.
We will gladly assist you in filing a claim if needed.

-Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rubywingessentials@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will make it right.
